Welder

Position: Welder
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (4-Day Workweek)
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
- Set up fixtures and prepare materials for welding operations.
- Perform MIG welding on steel components used in the manufacturing of medical devices, including bed frames and therapy equipment.
- Maintain welding equipment and report maintenance needs as necessary.
- Work closely with production team members to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all company quality standards, safety procedures, and workplace policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and positive attitude.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate starting at $19.50/hour
- Additional $1.00/hour attendance bonus (inquire for details)
- Quarterly performance bonus eligibility
