Position: Inventory and Materials Specialist

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM


Key Responsibilities:

    Receive, inspect, and accurately put to stock all incoming parts.

·         Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and freight vehicles.

·         Work closely with the Purchasing team to maintain accurate inventory levels.

·         Enforce rigorous health, safety, and workplace standards (such as OSHA guidelines). Keep warehouse spaces organized and clear of hazards.

·         Transport inventory to local warehouses and parts to local vendors.

·         Unload trucks and load trucks during normal operating hours.

·         Support production in various roles as needed.

·         Keep the receiving area and various parts of the property clean and organized.

·         Perform cycle counts and audits as requested on a daily/weekly basis.

·         Maintain organized inventory locations and ensure materials are properly labeled and stored.


Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Ability to possess a valid driver’s license with a minimum of for-hire endorsement.

    A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is preferred, but not required.
    Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, and the ability to learn new software.

    Valid forklift certification or the ability to acquire one within 30 days of employment.
    Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
    Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability.


Physical Requirements:
    Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
    Ability to regularly lift/move heavy objects (up to 50lbs).

    Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
•     Hourly rate starting at $18.75/hour
•     Additional $1/hour attendance bonus (inquire for details)
