Fabrication Associate – 4x10 Workweek

Position:
Fabrication Associate – 4x10 Workweek
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate metal fabrication equipment to produce parts according to specifications and production schedules.
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Perform basic machine setup, alignment, and adjustments as needed.
- Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain production pace to meet daily and weekly output goals.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Basic math skills, including ability to read a tape measure and check for square.
- General knowledge of safety practices, including quality system awareness.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong reliability and work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 10+ hours per shift).
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate starting at $18.75/hour
- Additional $1.00/hour attendance bonus (inquire for details)
